The Army CRRT is a web-based tool that includes 26 authoritative data sources displaying 40 risk factors to present command officials with a consolidated history of each Soldiers personal information and potential risk. (paragraph 3)

Authorized staff and officials at the brigade level and above may access aggregate data within the CRRT for their respective commands. (paragraph 4)
