The mission of DEL 3 is to generate, present, and sustain combat-ready Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) professionals to integrate, synchronize, and execute fires for U.S., Allied, and Coalition forces. (paragraph 1)
Within this context, EW includes Electromagnetic Attack (EA), Electromagnetic Protection (EP), and Electromagnetic Warfare Support (ES) in, from, and through space. (paragraph 1)
Combatant Command authority is vested in the Commander, United States Space Command (CDR USSPACECOM), through its Command and Control (C2) facilities. (paragraph 2)
The CFSCC coordinates, plans, integrates, synchronizes, tasks, executes and assesses space operations. (paragraph 2)
