Combat Ready Airmen gaining and maintaining space superiority for our Nation, the Joint Force, and Allies. (paragraph 1)
Is assigned as a Component Numbered Air Force (C-NAF) commander within AFSPC, the Component Major Command (C-MAJCOM) to Joint Force Space Component Command (JFSCC). (paragraph 2)
Plans, tasks, directs, and synchronizes space operations to support global and theater missions in support of Commander JFSCC military objectives. (paragraph 3)
Provides surveillance, tracking and intelligence of orbiting artificial objects, as well as space environment assessments. (paragraph 3)
Provides satellite weather, communications, navigation, and space warning capabilities and operates a global network of satellite control centers and satellite tracking stations supporting DoD and civil users. (paragraph 3)
