Applies to: This instruction applies to all Space Operations Command (SpOC) personnel at all levels, including attached/gained Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard (ANG), and United States Space Force (USSF) involved in operation, maintenance, and modification of nuclear certified equipment.
All contractor requirements contained within this addendum must be contained within the contract/grant/agreement to be enforceable.
The authorities to waive wing/Space Force equivalent/unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) number following the compliance statement.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate waiver approval authority, through the publication OPR.
Ensure that all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
