The on-duty Crew Commander, regardless of rank, is responsible for the operation of the system. (T-1).

Attached/assigned intelligence personnel will submit Mission Reports after every shift/event during combat operations (Mission Reports will not be delegable to any other career field for submission). (paragraph 1)
