Per the reference, this Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual, contained in enclosure (1), establishes training standards, regulations, and policies regarding the training of AV-BB aircrew. (paragraph 1)
The goal of Marine Aviation is to attain and maintain combat readiness to support Expeditionary Maneuver Warfare while conserving resources. (paragraph 6)
Training Events are based on specific requirements and performance standards to ensure a common base of training and depth of combat capability. (paragraph 6)
Receive a passing grade (80%) on the section lead exam. (paragraph 3)
