NAVMC 3500.39D contains collective and individual training requirements for units and Marines in the Motor Transport occupational field. It identifies minimum combat performance standards, training events, support requirements, and simulation suitability codes.
Applies to: This Manual is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
The training and readiness (T&R) program is the Corps' primary tool for planning, conducting and evaluating training, and assessing training readiness. (paragraph 1)
Distance learning products include: Individual multimedia instruction, computer-based training, MarineNet, etc. (paragraph 6)
Future efforts to attain and allocate resources will be based on the requirements outlined in the T&R manual. (paragraph 1-9)
