Per reference (a), this Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual, contained in enclosure (1), establishes training standards, regulations, and policies regarding the training of Marines in the music occupational field. (paragraph 1)
Commanders will keep records at the unit and individual levels to record training achievements, identify training gaps and document objective assessments of readiness associated with training Marines. (paragraph 3)
The event can only be trained to standard in a Live environment.
Event must be trained to standard in simulation then live unless simulation capacity is not available, then live only training is appropriate.
