Applies to: This manual is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
Commanders will keep records at the unit and individual levels to record training achievements, identify training gaps and document objective assessments of readiness associated with training Marines. (paragraph 3)
Only warranted NAF contracting officials may award contracts. (paragraph 4)
