Per the reference, Enclosure (1) provides revised training and readiness (T&R) standards, regulations, and policy regarding the training of F-35B/C aircrew. (paragraph 1)
Training Events are based on specific requirements and performance standards to ensure a common base of training and depth of combat capability. (paragraph 6)
Events requiring the instruction of an F-35 instructor pilot have been reduced to focus exclusively on events requiring a higher level of safety or tactical standardization oversight. (paragraph 3)
Added proficiency periods to the night systems, air combat maneuvering, and flight demonstration qualifications. (paragraph 3)
