Without accurate and complete data, recommendations may be merely educated opinions. There is no room for guess work in analysis, and solutions must be based on facts. (paragraph 2)
Recommendations should never be influenced by favoritisms, prejudice or value judgments. (paragraph 2)
Interference with operations and actions which may be injurious to morale should be kept to a minimum. (paragraph 2)
Recurring tasks such as monthly or quarterly reports should be prorated and recorded on a weekly basis. (paragraph 2)
Do not change the contents of an individual's Task List without first conferring with the Individual. (paragraph 2)
