The regular retired list is not part of the Retired Reserve.
The FMCR is not a singular part of the AC or RC in itself, but consists of AC and RC enlisted personnel who have completed 20, but less than 30, years of active service and are receiving retainer pay. (paragraph 2)
After 30 years of service and upon SECNAV approval, members of the FMCR are transferred to the retired list. (paragraph 2)
