Who is responsible for unit training?

All leaders are responsible for the unit’s training. (paragraph 1-1)

Can training be delayed when a commander or leader is absent?

We will train with the personnel we have—the absence of a commander, leader, or primary staff member is never a valid reason to delay or cancel training. (paragraph 1-1)

How are training evolutions evaluated?

Every training evolution will be evaluated according to established training and readiness (T&R) standards; when we believe we are proficient, we will invite evaluation from outside the unit being evaluated to validate our progress. (paragraph 1-1)
