It addresses acquisition, sustainment, rescission, transfer, security assistance support, and exchange of technical manuals. It also sets requirements for supplements, waiver requests, records, and publication changes.
Applies to: This publication applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, United States Space Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard, except where noted otherwise, as well as other military departments (MILDEPs) and organizations based on binding agreement or obligation with the DAF.
