TP-4 cargo is moved as space available cargo inbound (overseas to continental United States (CONUS)) and intratheater. (paragraph 2)
All nonair eligible freight, including household goods shipments and certain retrograde reparable cargo may be moved as filler cargo within the deferred air service capability offered. (paragraph 2)
Air eligible TP-1 and TP-2 cargo will not be moved as TP-4. (paragraph 2)
TP-4 charges are assessed on a per cubic foot basis and are stated in the reference in dollars and cents per cubic foot. (paragraph 2)
Data shall include origin, destination, transportation account code (TAC), commodity, and short tons. (paragraph 3)
