It requires shipping activities to cite only the applicable TAC on shipping documentation and provide TAC funding information in transportation clauses for centrally funded and locally funded purchases.
Applies to: This Order is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
The TAC information, specifically the appropriate TAC funding the transportation movement, must be provided in the transportation clause of all contracts pertaining to both centrally funded and locally funded purchases. (paragraph 4)
Special TACs are only to be used when directed by competent authority. (paragraph 4)
For training at Marine Corps locations, properly forecast requirements at least 60 days prior to training dates. (paragraph 6)
