Develop, resource, execute, and maintain a MET focused and training and readiness (T&R) based SLTE-P in order to assist FMF achieve operational readiness and interoperability. (paragraph 3)
In accordance with reference (g) and applicable T&R manuals, the METs assessed and T&R events evaluated during SLTEs will be coordinated during the planning conferences to align with the unit’s mission-essential task list (METL) and supporting T&R events to the greatest extent possible. (paragraph 4)
MAGTFTC will maintain and publish an EDL prior to the mid-planning conference (MPC) for each ITX. (paragraph 8)
Additional units are optional and will be coordinated during the Force Synchronization Conference and the ITX planning conferences. (paragraph 5)
The EXFOR is responsible for design and execution of their safe ULT events. ULT must not conflict with SLTE-P events. (paragraph 6)
