Applies to: FMEAP provides eligible Marines and Service Member spouses and dependent family members (referred to as Marine spouses and eligible family members) with resources for effective career and education decisions.
FMEAP supports the achievement of personal and professional goals through employment services, education guidance, and volunteer resources and referrals. (paragraph 1)
Career coaching implemented in a group setting and/or one-on-one environment, including skill and interest inventories and career assessments. (paragraph 3)
All authorized FMEAP resources, as delineated throughout this Order, must be utilized for the effective management and execution of the program. (paragraph 3)
FMEAP is a Headquarters United States Marine Corps (HQMC), Marine and Family Programs Division (MF) required program. (paragraph 4)
May receive employment assistance through online or telephonic support offered by FMEAP at any United States Marine Corps installation. (paragraph 2)
