Services operations are revenue-generating activities and will be priced to achieve at an operating profit goal of a minimum of 15 percent of sales. (paragraph 1)
DC, M&RA (MR) approval must be granted prior to Commands offering thes~ services outside of the PTS License Agreements. (paragraph 2)
Require patrons to be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun or handgun ammunition. (paragraph 3)
All firearms displayed on the sales floor will have a trigger lock or lever lock properly attached. (paragraph 1-6)
Unless provided for in the initial contract, the MCX has no right to return unsold (not defective or nonconforming) merchandise to a vendor without prior approval. (paragraph 2)
