It covers reporting chains, reporting occasions, fitness report preparation, adverse reports, submission, access, audits, and corrections. It requires objective evaluations, accurate and timely reporting, and defined procedures for adverse and substantive corrections.
Reporting officials must provide objective and thorough evaluations. (paragraph 5)
Inflationary markings only serve to dilute the actual value of each report, rendering the fitness report ineffective. (paragraph 5)
The fitness report is not: (1) A disciplinary tool. (2) A lever to exert influence. (3) A counseling document for the MRO. (paragraph 5)
The addendum page is normally the only attachment to the fitness report. (paragraph 5)
Prior to certifying, ensure the accuracy and completeness of sections A through I per the provisions of this Order. (paragraph 6)
