MCO 13670.1G addresses deployable, environmentally controlled shelters for aircraft logistic support in tactical and garrison environments. Applies to: To promulgate policies, procedures, and guidance regarding the management and administration of Mobile Facilities (MFs) and related equipment assigned to United States Marine Corps (USMC) commands.
To provide Marine Corps Forces with deployable and environmentally controlled shelters for aircraft logistic support in tactical and garrison environments. (paragraph 3)
All MFs and ancillary equipment will be managed, utilized and maintained in accordance with references (a) through (n) and policies set forth in this order. (paragraph 3)
Ensure the readiness of all MFs and ancillary equipment by providing support and sustainment in accordance with established policies and procedures. (paragraph 4)
Serve as the Table of Basic Allowance (TBA) program sponsor who publishes the MFs and associated ancillary equipment requirements in support of Marine Corps Aviation. (paragraph 4)
Require the MARFOR MFC to be a certified International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) inspector. (paragraph 4)
