Applies to: This Manual promulgates a standard Shipboard Regulations Manual for all United States Coast Guard cutters equal to or greater than 65 feet in length.
Each Commanding Officer or Officer-in-Charge has the authority to issue additional regulations as necessary. (paragraph 4)
Despite this change, all members remain under the same duty to comply with the provisions of this manual. (paragraph 6)
All future specific actions resulting from the general policies in this Manual must be individually evaluated for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), DHS and Coast Guard NEPA policy, and compliance with all other environmental mandates. (paragraph 7)
No paper distribution will be made of this Manual. (paragraph 8)
Commandant (CG-751) will coordinate changes to this Manual. (paragraph 1-1)
