Commandant (CG-CMO-2) and Health Care Service Center (HCSC) are responsible for collaborating on all budget formulation and execution requirements.
Clinic Business Plans are due each fiscal year in time to inform the PPBE process.
Initiatives to recapture or shift care must be supported with a precise business case analysis, see Appendix B.
Strategic investments shall be submitted as budget category (BUDCAT) IV resource proposals.
