The objective of the health services change management program is to ensure health services change requests meet Coast Guard technical and professional requirements and standards.
Commandant (CG-1K) is the entry point for, and final approving authority of all health services change requests.
The health services change request shall be submitted via a memorandum to (CG-1K) thru (CG-1K22).
Commandant (CG-1K) will either fully approve or disapprove the health services change requests within 60 days.
