A maximum of two pieces of original art may be lent to One- and Two-star Flag Officers or Senior Executive equivalent.
All original artwork on loan to Flag and Senior Executive leadership remains part of the art program and may be recalled at any time for external display.
Original art may be lent for changes of command for O-7 level and above.
Artifacts must be in good to excellent condition, and available for loan.
