The LCCE must be calculated at the 50 percent confidence level in Base Year (BY) dollars defined as the year in which ADE-2A is planned to occur. (paragraph 7)
If a program needs to return to an earlier point in the Acquisition Life Cycle Framework, a tailored governance structure must be recommended by the CAE, the JRC, OCFO, and the Executive Director, PARM and approved by the ADA, documented in an ADM. (paragraph 7)
