Applies to: All Coast Guard unit commanders, commanding officers, officers-in-charge, deputy or assistant commandants, and chiefs of Headquarters staff elements must comply with the provisions of this Instruction.
All stakeholders must adhere to processes and timelines documented in Enclosure (1). (paragraph 9)
Stakeholders involved in the commercially contracted “C” school process must use standard forms for curriculum outlines and evaluations.
Commercially Contracted “C” School Course: a course contained within the formal training system and is contracted through a commercial entity.
Ensure commercially contracted “C” school courses are closed out at the end of the life cycle of the contract or when the contract is no longer required, whichever is sooner.
