The publication covers THRA operations, eligible users, reservation procedures, guest rules, designated accommodations, and entry requirements. Applies to: This instruction applies to all assigned, attached and tenant units at Yokota Air Base (AB), Japan; and all authorized users and personnel employed at THRA, Japan.
Eligible personnel (see Attachment 2) may request a reservation 120 days in advance of the desired check-in date. (paragraph 4)
Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. (paragraph 4)
Guests may not exceed the normal bed capacity of a guestroom. (paragraph 4)
Patrons are authorized one additional cabin in addition to their own accommodations, or five hotel rooms, unless authorized by the General Manager. (paragraph 4)
Use of the Distinguished Visitor (DV) suite, Shogun, Samurai, or Shizouka cabins and the Red Horse lodge is restricted to Cat I personnel unless authorized by the General Manager. (paragraph 4)
