YOKOTAABI34-101 addresses pet registration, deregistration, approved animals, immunization, quarantine, installation removal, and dangerous-animal disposition. It requires owners and custodians to meet registration, identification, vaccination, humane-care, and animal-control requirements.

Receiving a micro chip and immunizations may not be possible within three working days of arrival or purchase, but scheduling these actions must be accomplished within that period. (paragraph 1)
Registration for dogs and cats includes permanent identification with an implanted microchip, (microchipping). Registration only (no microchip) is required for rabbits. (paragraph 1)
All dogs and cats, 91 days of age or older, must maintain current immunization against rabies. (paragraph 5)
An animal does not have to scratch, bite or attack a person or another animal to be declared vicious or dangerous. (paragraph 7)
Adhere to animal bite quarantine requirements (if applicable) to include attending initial evaluation appointment at the Yokota Veterinary Clinic, confinement of the animal for 10 days after the bite occurs and attending final veterinarian evaluation appointment at the Yokota Veterinary Clinic. (paragraph 1)
