Applies to: This instruction applies to all personnel assigned to the 88 Air Base Wing (88 ABW) and subordinate units, and personnel assigned or attached to, or supported by, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) and detachments.
Service members are prohibited from entering establishments or areas declared “offlimits” by the 88 ABW/CC in accordance with this instruction. (paragraph 2)
Persons with complaints about off-base establishments or areas should put the complaint in writing IAW Attachment 2, AFDCB COMPLAINT FORM, to include any relevant support documents. (paragraph 4)
Provide an agenda and any relevant complaints to each voting member at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. (paragraph 6)
The written minutes of the AFDCB meetings will constitute the official record of the AFDCB proceedings. (paragraph 7)
Invited witnesses and observers are not authorized to vote on any action or procedure, but will still be listed as an attendee in the meeting minutes.
