WR-ALCI21-101 addresses WCD requirements, specification and tolerance changes, data collection, critical task notation, and computer-generated WCDs. It requires approved WCDs, documented maintenance data, timely updates, and accurate electronic records.
Applies to: It applies to all Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) groups and the Business Operations Office (WR-ALC/OB).
The WCD is the official record for work including control, identification, inspection, and routing of operations. (paragraph 2)
A WCD shall be developed for all programmed and temporary workloads. (paragraph 2)
The planner will ensure WCD is updated within 3 business days after formal posting of the technical order change. (paragraph 2)
Whenever a CKC is measured, the unique identifier of the measuring device will also be recorded (e.g., torque wrench, Precision Measuring Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) ID # F198637). (paragraph 4)
When a task/operation performed by one or more mechanics cannot be completed, the applicable mechanics will turn WCD over and document all maintenance performed up to that point, stamp, and date the entry. (paragraph 4)
