Students who are 14 or 15 years old will be employed only after the supply of older applicants has been exhausted. (paragraph 2)
Before employing students under 16 years of age, CPFs must obtain parental written consent for the particular type of work, either clerical or manual. (paragraph 2)
Obtain confirmation of student status and acceptable school standing from school officials before school year employment. (paragraph 2)
Promptly terminate individuals who have lost student status or who do not maintain an acceptable school standing from school year enrollment. (paragraph 2)
