How long does an employee have to present a grievance about a particular act or occurrence?

Employees may present a grievance concerning a continuing practice or condition at any time, but must present a grievance concerning a particular act or occurrence within 15 calendar days of the date they became aware of it. (paragraph 8)

How long does an employee have to file an appeal from an adverse action?

File appeals from adverse action not later than 15 calendar days following receipt of written notice. (paragraph 8)

When can grievance or appeal time limits be extended?
