The procedures contained herein are in consonance with requirements of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, Department for Transport, and United States Air Forces in Europe, United Kingdom pursuant to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Status of Forces Agreement and are binding on all entitled persons within the scope of this directive.
Failure to comply with the mandatory provisions or the prohibitions contained in Chapter 4, Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 is punishable under Article 92 of the UCMJ.
