Applies to: It applies to all USAFA personnel who give and grade cadet evaluations.
Cadets may not be on any honors list at any time if they are also on probation (academic, honor, aptitude, conduct, or athletic). (paragraph 4)
Consists of cadets who have a minimum course load and whose most recent SGPA is at least 3.0, excluding Physical Education grades. (paragraph 4)
No more than 10 percent of the cadets on the graduation rank-ordered COPA listing will be identified as distinguished graduates. (paragraph 3)
Cadets in the top 10 percent of cumulative GPA (CGPA), cumulative MPA (CMPA), and/or cumulative PEA (CPEA), will earn the graduation distinction, respectively, of “Academic Distinction”, “Military Distinction”, and/or “Athletic Distinction”. (paragraph 3)
Cadets who complete the Academy Scholars Program requirements will earn the graduation distinction of “Academy Scholar”. (paragraph 3)
