Applies to: This instruction applies to all United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) agencies involved in support of the Cadet Service Academy Exchange Program (SAEP).
Cadets will file a travel voucher within 5 workdays after their return to USAFA. (paragraph 2)
Travel orders should normally be prepared by 1 May of each year. (paragraph 2)
All items must be in serviceable condition and, as a minimum, one complete service uniform and one complete set of Airman Battle Uniform (ABU) must be in the cadets’ possession when they arrive at their host academy. (paragraph 2)
The program manager may amend this list in specific instances after coordinating with the host academy. (paragraph 2)
USAFA Cadet Service Academy Exchange cadets are authorized reimbursement of excess baggage when traveling by commercial air transportation. (paragraph 8)
