CFS is authorized to support cadets and this service is generally limited to cadet use. (paragraph 2)
At least 51% of the participants must be cadets for Formal Dining Room events. (paragraph 6)
All functions supported by CFS outside of Mitchell Hall must be approved by the Director, CFS or Support Branch Chief in advance. (paragraph 7)
Only the HQ USAFA/CC, HQ USAFA/CW, HQ USAFA/DF, HQ USAFA/AD, HQ USAFA/CCLD and Director, CFS are authorized this type of support as an extension of food support to the Cadet Wing. (paragraph 9)
Mitchell Hall will maintain a minimum of 8,000 MREs and 7 days worth of in-house subsistence to be used as needed in an emergency situation.
