Personnel reporting to work late or desiring early release are required to coordinate these actions/requests with their supervisors. (paragraph 2)
Road conditions are very hazardous. Drivers must exercise extreme caution and limit driving to essential trips only. (paragraph 2)
Personnel who perform these functions will be considered “mission essential” and will report to (or remain on) duty regardless of base delays, early releases or closures. (paragraph 2)
Privately-owned vehicles should not operate. (paragraph 2)
Only personnel involved in lifesaving or life-sustaining operations/direct support functions will report for duty. (paragraph 2)
