Monthly room inspections will be conducted by any of the following, Base Commander, Senior Enlisted Leader, group, squadron commanders, or first sergeants with ADL utilizing the checklist in Attachment 3. (paragraph 1)
Vacuum carpet, sweep and mop floors weekly. Ensure dirt does not buildup in corners, behind doors or under furniture. Do not apply wax to floors.
Use of appliances such as hot plates, electric fry pans, small stoves, griddles and grills are prohibited in rooms.
Since many residents are shift workers, quiet time is seven days a week, 24 hours per day.
To prevent fires, do not leave the kitchen unattended when cooking.
