Applies to: This instruction applies to all individuals who reside on, work on or visit areas under SLD 45 jurisdiction.
No points are assessed for revocation or suspension actions.
Except for implied consent violations, revocations must be based on a conviction by a civilian court or courts-martial, non-judicial punishment under UCMJ, Art. 15, or a separate hearing as addressed in this regulation.
The traffic point system provides a uniform administrative device to impartially judge driving performance on SLD 45 installations.
The SLD 45 will use the point system and procedures prescribed this document.
The point system Table 5.2 applies to all operators of US Government motor vehicles, on or off Federal property.
