Applies to: The purpose of this instruction is to provide guidance and information to installation organizations such as staff agencies, groups, squadrons, tenant units, and contractors.
Requests for waivers must be submitted to the OPR listed above for consideration and approved by the installation commander.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
Documents generated as a result of this instruction will contain a Privacy Act Statement (PAS) to include: the Authority; the Purpose; the Routine Uses; and the Disclosure.
The VCP will initiate alert notifications and relay the appropriate message as described in Attachment 2.
