Report all NCE malfunctions, failures, and abnormalities meeting criteria outlined in section 3 within three duty days to Wing Safety utilizing the Sheppard AFB Form 16, DULL SWORD Worksheet. (paragraph 2)
Appointees will be replaced 30 days prior to separation, PCS, or deployment in excess of 30 days. (paragraph 2)
Ensure appointees receive initial NCE monitor training from the Wing Weapons Safety office within 30 days of appointment. (paragraph 2)
