Applies to: This instruction establishes procedures for the use of the Close Combat Mission Capability Kit (CCMCK) training device at Scott AFB and safety procedures and applies to all organizations on Scott AFB to include the 932d Airlift Wing (AW) (AFRES) and the 126th Air Refueling Wing (ARW) (ANG).
All units utilizing CCMCK will have a unit safety plan established and signed by the unit commander. (paragraph 2)
Range Safety Officers (RSO) will be trained IAW AFI 36-2646, and TO 11W2-9-4-11 as applicable. (paragraph 2)
A fire extinguisher will be made available during training. (paragraph 7)
Use only government vehicles or properly configured General Services Agency (GSA) vehicles to transport munitions. Personal vehicles are authorized to transport weapons to and from training areas with no munitions. (paragraph 7)
Pack all munitions in original or authorized containers prior to transport to training area. (paragraph 7)
