It includes a patient administration peer review knowledge assessment and procedures for assessing vaccination and serology status. The peer review section requires minimum sampling, documentation of findings, routing results through the chain of command, and recording competency in the trainee's AFTR.
The evaluator will STOP the procedure immediately and correct the trainee if performance could become detrimental to patient safety at any time. (paragraph 2)
