PACAFI10-2101 addresses air mobility management, airlift planning, aircraft security, aircrew matters, mission sets, and operational risk management. It establishes requirements, updates previous guidance, and provides procedures for aircrews, support functions, and users of assigned and attached forces.
In the event this instruction conflicts with the governing MDS-specific instruction, the MDS-specific instruction takes precedence unless this instruction is more restrictive.
Flying units should make this instruction available to all aircraft commanders and place a copy in their aircrew/mission trip kit.
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate functional chain of command.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
