Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed of IAW the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule (RDS), which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS).
In accordance with the applicable System of Records Notices (SORNS) F036 AFPC V, Awards and Decorations, privacy information will be used to facilitate the award process and to obtain consent from the award candidate to release images/award related information.
Changes include identifying publication references and titles; updating roles and responsibilities; eligibility criteria; forms for monetary awards, and procedural processes.
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the OPR using the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Product; route DAF Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate chain of command to OC-ALC Management Operations (OC-ALC/OM) Staff Office.
