Applies to: The instruction applies to all personnel within the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC).
The publication establishes responsibilities and procedures for the Air Force Technical Order (AFTO) Form 244/245, Industrial/Support Equipment Record or computer-generated equivalent, for equipment delayed discrepancies, corrective actions, record service, periodic and special inspections, record inspection status and historical data in accordance with (IAW) Technical Orders (TOs), Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH) Standards (Stds) and local standards.
In the event of conflicting guidance, the most stringent requirements will take precedence. (paragraph 21-102)
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this instruction are maintained in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Instruction 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) located at https://www.my.af.mil/afrims/afrims/afrims/rims.cfm.
