NBSFSI32-7003 contains procedures for program operation, off-road vehicles, mountain bikes, hunting, fishing, boating, and other recreation activities. Compliance is mandatory, and exceptions require approval from the Commander, New Boston Space Force Station.
Applies to: This instruction applies to United States Space Force, Regular Air Force and Air Force Reserve (AFRC) and the Air National Guard (ANG) and all civilian individuals while on station.
Failure to observe the prohibitions and mandatory provision in paragraphs (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.3.1., 5.4, 5.8, 5.9, 6.9, 6.11 and 8.1) of this publications by military members is a violation of Article 92(1) of the UCMJ, AFRC, ANG members not serving in Federal status who violate the mandatory provisions in paragraphs (.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.3.1., 5.4, 5.8, 5.9, 6.9, 6.11 and 8.1) may be punished under their respective state military justice code.
