The program’s purpose is to recognize outstanding Military and Civilian personnel assigned to the 5 BW and associate units, as appropriate.
Participation in this program is strictly voluntary.
The authority to waive wing requirement in this publication is the 5th Bomb Wing Commander, submit requests for waivers through the chain of command.
Airman (Amn) of the Quarter/Year. Enlisted in the grades of E-1 through E-4.
Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) of the Quarter/Year. Enlisted in the grades of E-5 through E-6.
