The 22 ARW/CC is the decision authority for placing establishments and areas off-limits and the proponent and exception or waiver authority for this instruction consistent with controlling law and instructions. (paragraph 31-213)
Schedule and preside at all meetings conducted at least quarterly. (paragraph 31-213)
Provide an agenda to each voting member at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. (paragraph 31-213)
There will not be a media release in connection with Disciplinary Control Board meetings due to the sensitive nature of the subject matter. (paragraph 31-213)
News media representatives will be considered observers and will not participate in meetings unless identified as a witness. (paragraph 31-213)
